Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a fever problem caused by infection with the dengue virus, which can be infected via the Aedes mosquito vector, especially Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. This study aims to determine the relationship between Hematocrit, Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), and Billirubin in patients diagnosed with DHF. The research used was laboratory experimental with quantitative methods using a cross sectional approach. The samples used were 30 samples from patients diagnosed with dengue fever. This research was conducted in March-May 2024. The results of the Pearson correlation test showed a moderate correlation between platelet levels and hematocrit sig0.05 (p=0.554; r=0.112).
