Objective: to investigate, analyze, and discuss the application efficacy of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with multimedia technology teaching mode in clinical practice education of the gastroenterology department. Methods: A total of fifty medical students who underwent training in the Department of Gastroenterology at our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided equally into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group was exposed to PBL combined with multimedia technology teaching mode.
