The article examines the state, structure and dynamics of crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies or in the sphere of computer information in Russia for 2019–2023. The proposed statistical indicators are analysed with a focus on the cybervictimological aspect of the problem, i.e. from the perspective of the private theory of cybercrime victims and victimisation on the Internet.
