Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction of Private Scholl Teachers in the Context of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines

A descriptive-correlational research design was used in thestudy to determine the organizational culture and job satisfaction of 48private school teachers in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. Total populationsampling was employed, and the researcher used a normative surveymethod to collect data. The data gathered were tabulated, analyzed, andinterpreted using descriptive statistics. Most respondents were 22-29years old, female, single with a bachelor’s degree, handling grade 10,and had less than five years of teaching experience. Findings showedthat private school teachers strongly agree with the school'sorganizational culture. Moreover, the respondent strongly agrees thatthey are satisfied with their job. Furthermore, results showed thatorganizational culture in terms of people and work was significantlycorrelated to the respondents' job satisfaction.
