On the Need for the Establishment of the Constitutional Law Worldview of Contemporary Youth

The article is devoted to the formation of the worldview of modern youth in order to prepare them for public life. Noting the most important ideological potential of the Russian Constitution, the author substantiates the need for purposeful work with young people to form a constitutional and legal worldview based on constitutional values. The article delineates the concepts of “worldview”, “legal worldview”, “constitutional and legal worldview”. The author’s definition of the constitutional and legal worldview is presented, which is understood as a system of rational views, ideas, ideas of a person, other carriers of public consciousness (socio-professional, demographic groups, society as a whole) regarding the political, legal and generally significant order of interaction of a person, his associations, society, the state.
