This article conducts a questionnaire survey on entrepreneurs who have experienced failures, exploring how entrepreneurial failure learning affects creativity through entrepreneurial resilience and the moderating effect of social support.The final empirical results show that entrepreneurial failure learning and entrepreneurial resilience have a significant positive impact on the willingness to re create;The learning of entrepreneurial failure has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial resilience; Entrepreneurial resilience has a mediating effect between learning from entrepreneurial failure and recreational willingness;The mediating effect of social support on entrepreneurial resilience plays a moderating role. The results of this study expand the research on the relationship between entrepreneurial failure learning, entrepreneurial resilience, and recreational willingness. It has important theoretical and practical value in motivating entrepreneurial failures to engage in failure learning to improve entrepreneurial resilience and thus enhance recreational willingness.
