In the review on topical issues of the history of medicine, concise data on a number of physicians with world, all-Ukrainian and Kharkiv fame, which celebrate their anniversaries in 2024. Attention on the biographies of personalities, their medical activities, scientific interests, achievements is focused, some medical dynasties of Kharkiv are considered from a historical perspective, as well as the issue of perpetuating their memory.
