The Concept and Structure of the Administrative Law Mechanism of Implementation of the State Youth Policy

The article analyzes the concept and structure of the administrative and legal mechanism for the implementation of the state youth policy. Particular attention is paid to various aspects of legal regulation in this area, as well as the role of various state bodies and organizations in the formation and implementation of youth policy. The author examines the key elements of the administrative and legal mechanism represented by state bodies and various organizations, their interaction and legal basis of activity. Special attention is paid to the effectiveness and relevance of the measures taken, their correspondence to the needs of the youth, as well as the analysis of the problems and prospects of implementing youth policy in the context of current socio-economic conditions.
