The article substantiates the issue of humanizing worldview orientations and ensuring intercultural communication of future specialists in the process of English language learning, which happens due to the accumulation by young people their own spiritual potential, the expansion of their spiritual world, as well as due to the revealed features of student spiritual growth while studying at higher educational institutions. This ensures the possibility of becoming an integrated personality that takes responsibility for their own life and becomes a fully fledged agent of social change. Shaping a patriotic citizen of the Ukrainian state, nurturing spirituality of the people, as well as developing the high culture of international relations is ensured by the priority of morality (in all spheres of life), recognition of the absoluteness of moral truths. At the same time, a foreign language as a means of intercultural communication is an important condition for cultural, personal, professional or economic contacts. The article reveals significant reforms regarding training of a future specialist in higher educational institutions of Ukraine, which require a transition to a personality-oriented model of education, as well as an orientation not towards acquisition of knowledge and skills, but towards developing student competence. Interactive technologies, which allow students to work actively and use a whole system of methods and tools to develop student competence, methods and forms of efficient learning, promote interpersonal communication, highlight the important role of innovative education in preparing students for the future profession, are aimed at student development, their ability to creatively solve problems, as well as at providing incentives for creative activity, promoting social innovation processes in education, etc. Therefore, reforming the content of contemporary pedagogical training of specialists should take into account the development strategy of higher pedagogical education, which involves ensuring quality specialist training, shaping value orientations in young people, focus on integration with European education and globalization and modernization of its content, student activity-based learning and professional development training.
