This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the Graduate Competency Standards Policy at the early childhood education unit levels, basic education, general secondary education, vocational secondary education, and tertiary institutions in the version of the Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of Education and Culture. The approach used in this research is literature study. The research was carried out in several stages. The first stage, search for data sourced from books, journals or scientific articles related to the topic of discussion. The second stage is data analysis which is carried out using the content analysis method. This research found that the Competency Standards for Graduates in early childhood are focused on aspects of child development which include: religious and moral values, Pancasila values, physical motor, cognitive, language and social emotional. The basic education level is focused on: preparing students in accordance with Pancasila values, and developing students' literacy and numeracy competencies to participate in further education. The general secondary education level is focused on: preparing students to become members of society who believe and are devoted to God Almighty and have noble character, cultivating character in accordance with Pancasila values, and knowledge to improve students' competence so they can live independently, and follow further education. Vocational secondary education level units are focused on: skills to improve students' competencies so they can live independently, and participate in further education according to their vocation.
