The Russian Civil Procedure: The Mission in the Changing World

At one of the sites of the XI Moscow International Legal Forum “Formation of a multipolar world: challenges and prospects”, held at the O.E. Kutafin (MSAL) from April 4 to April 6, 2024, the department of civil and administrative proceedings held a discussion platform on the topic: “Russian civil process: mission in a changing world.” When planning it, the organizers proceeded from the fact that in the conditions of the emerging multipolar world, judicial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations is becoming urgently important for ensuring justice and stability in society.
