The Problem of Collection of Court Fees Associated With Proceedings at the Chamber for Patent Disputes

This article examines the issues arising in the process of collecting legal costs in the context of consideration of cases in the Chamber of Patent Disputes. The authors explore the legal framework and judicial practice, emphasizing the lack of clear rules on reimbursement of expenses in administrative procedures and subsequent court challenges. The authors analyze the position of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and propose possible options for making changes to the legislation to solve this problem.
