On the Implementation of the Idea of Reduced Administrative Repression in Respect of Minors

Most of the offenses are committed at night and in order to ensure the safety of the younger generation in Russia, a ban was imposed on the presence of persons under the age of eighteen in public places unaccompanied by their parents at certain times of the day. Based on the analysis of federal and regional legislation, the article examines the specifics of the use of this coercive measure for preventive purposes, proposals are also being made for its regulatory regulation as a measure of influence on juvenile offenders.
