Correctional Labor for Foreign and Stateless Citizens as a Measure of Support of Proceedings in Administrative Offense Cases

The article examines the issues of the enforceability of the procedure for the forced administrative expulsion of foreign citizens from the Russian Federation, analyzes new norms of administrative and tort legislation on the placement of migrants in special institutions. The author proposes the introduction of a new measure to ensure the production of cases of administrative offenses committed by migrants in the form of forced labor.
