On the Methodology of the Administrative Law Regulation in the Economic Sphere

The author’s vision, formed into a specific algorithm, of the methodology of legal regulation of social relations in the economic sphere, as well as the methodological features of administrative and legal regulation, is offered for broad discussion. In addition to the traditional methodological elements — subject, method, means of legal regulation, the necessity of using interdisciplinary, system-activity, level approaches, developing a thematic system and a system of principles based on the goal set to achieve is proven.
