Under the new pattern of high-quality development stage, this paper closely combines the national innovation-driven development strategy and the new trend of international innovation center city construction, aiming to promote the construction and development of China's innovative blocks and innovative cities. Through in-depth comparison and analysis of the practice of innovative urban construction at home and abroad, combined with the shortcomings and shortcomings of the current innovative city construction, this paper proposes a synergistic development of urban renewal and innovative blocks. This framework aims to realize the goal of high-quality development of the city, to nurture more science and technology enterprises and knowledge-based talents, and to promote the virtuous cycle of the innovation system.
