Illustrations of Some Constitutional Features of the Russian Federation Within the Framework of Constitutional Identity Studies

The author of the article has made an attempt to highlight and illustrate the constitutional features of the Russian Federation, which contribute to deepening the understanding of one of the most important components of constitutional identity — constitutional originality, the understanding of which in the future can help in finding answers to questions about the future path of development of the modern domestic state.
