Procedure of the Saratov State Law Academy, Legal Practitioner In this article, despite the impossibility of embracing the immensity, several institutions of civil procedural law are identified, which have their own characteristic questionable features of unresolved (we will clarify as we increase): third parties without claims regarding the subject matter of the dispute, special proceedings, arbitration proceedings. The importance of the role of third parties in justice has been given over a different number of times, the practical orientation of resolving indisputable cases puzzles persons in their procedural position of the arbitration court — the applicant and interested persons, or interested entities together with the applicant with the involvement of third parties without claims in the case.
