According to the established postulates of the practical and jurisdictional components, all conclusions about the enforcement of the regulations of supervisory and control authorities in the field of antimonopoly legislation leave unresolved issues of protecting the legitimate interests of not only the bodies that applied for the execution of the act of state response, but also business entities. Changes in antimonopoly legislation, when applying to arbitration courts, updated the procedural positions of participants in proceedings in cases of violation of antimonopoly legislation.
