Administration The scientific article considers corporate relations of participation and management in a corporate organization. It defines the grounds for differentiation of corporate relations on participation and management, the content of these categories in relation to corporate organizations, as well as their legal correlation. Participation and management relations are a prerequisite for the emergence of specific property, non-property and preemptive corporate rights, determine their content, classification and dynamics of development. In conclusion, the author concludes that it is necessary at the legislative level to supplement the norm defining as a subject of civil law regulation the relations of participation, membership and management.
