Special Aspects of Enforcement of Judicial Acts in Administrative Cases Involving Protection of Electoral Rights of Citizens

The article deals with some problems of the execution of judicial acts in cases related to the protection of electoral rights. The analysis of the legislation and law enforcement practice carried out in the framework of the study showed that the current legal regulation of this procedure does not fully take into account the specifics of the electoral process. The institution of execution of a judicial act is considered not only as an integral part of justice, but also as an independent source of new disputes.
