This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between self-efficacy on career selection after graduating from high school. The subjects of this study were 86 grade XII high school students at SMA Islam Sidoarjo consisting of 35 boys and 51 girls. The research method used by this study is a quasi-experimental method by testing the pre-post of the Career decision scale or CDS that has been adopted.The sampling technique uses purposive sampling.The results showed that there was an important influence between the pre-test and post-test results; In other words, there is an influence between self-efficacy in making career decisions after graduating high school.
