Classification Issues of Civil Law Contracts in the Field of Real Estate Turnover

The legislator’s attention to transactions with real estate is explained both by the high value of these objects of civil rights and their special value for meeting the needs of all subjects of economic activity, including the welfare of citizens. There are still numerous court disputes related to the conclusion, execution and termination of transactions with real estate objects, which also indicates the relevance of the issues of legal regulation of the appropriate agreements. Contracts in the sphere of real estate turnover represent a set of documents insufficiently studied by legal scholars. The focus of scientists is on the analysis of transactions with immovable property itself, the classification of which seems to be insufficiently complete. Among the civil law contracts used in real estate turnover, the place of agreements on movable property, works, joint activities, and services is ambiguously defined. The article proposes an extensive classification of contracts in the sphere of real estate turnover, dividing them into types and varieties with subtypes, thus allowing for a more comprehensive reflection of the diversity of corresponding obligations and their features.
