The aim of non-formal Islamic education is to develop people who are able to understand Islamic teachings based on textual study and can then implement them in real life. Being tired after work is a factor in students' low interest in learning. Learning methods and media are less than optimal, thus affecting students' interest in learning at PKBM. Motivation and learning methods that are appropriate and enjoyable will be able to influence students' psychological factors. The delivery of Islamic teaching material must be creative and not monotonous, so that it can stimulate students' intentions and enthusiasm for implementing Islamic teachings. Descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this research show: Teachers are required to be more optimal in using learning methods and media. Providing training for PAI teachers to be able to motivate students to form religious character as an attitude towards life according to Islamic teachings.
