Teachers are always perceived as a factor influencing the performance of learners. Thus, it is valuable to analyze the teachers and their teaching experiences, particularly in the subject that deals with the holistic development of the learners. Hence, the teaching experience of Technical-Vocational and Livelihood Track Teachers in Balayan West District was assessed, and this study also aimed to determine the challenges they encountered in teaching TVL Specialized subjects. The study used the descriptive method of research and utilized a questionnaire as the main instrument for data gathering. A total of thirty (30) TVL teachers participated in the study. Frequency, percentage, rank, and comparison of means were used to analyze the data gathered statistically. The majority of the TLE and TVL teachers were in the age bracket of 26–35 years old, female, teaching other than TLE and TVL specialized subjects, teaching seven (7) years and above, having only finished a baccalaureate degree, and attended seven (7) and above-related seminars and training. Generally, teachers in the Technical-Vocational and Livelihood Track are highly experienced in pedagogical methods, creating conducive learning environments, understanding and conveying complex concepts, bringing personal insight, interacting effectively with students and colleagues, and addressing students’ emotional and psychological needs. TLE and TVL teachers have had limited experience with academic advancement. As a result, the proposed continuing education could be used to gain academic recognition and advancement. Furthermore, teachers were found to have moderate difficulty creating and contextualizing instructional materials. Enrollment in graduate school programs specializing in the subject area, as well as technical trainings in Trainers Methodology, were recommended in order to achieve academic recognition and develop skills in crafting localized and contextualized instructional materials. It is recommended to consider the suggested continuing education for better teaching experience for teachers in Technology, Livelihood and Technical-Vocational Education.
