The implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools is still not fully running smoothly. most schools do not have an ideal inclusive education management system starting from input, process and output, causing schools to still not accept students with special needs. The purpose of this research is to analyze in depth the management system of inclusive education in elementary schools. this research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. the subjects in this research are principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques using deep interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data triangulation through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the inclusive education management model plays an active role in facilitating and succeeding the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools.
