Sources of Regulation of the Constitutional and Legal Status of the Executive Bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic

In this article, the author analyzed the features of legal sources regulating the constitutional and legal status of executive authorities. During the study, the author clearly defined their role in regulating the activities of executive authorities of the Constitution, constitutional laws and by-laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. The author of the article systematizes legal documents regulating the activities of executive authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, various criteria for the classification of normative legal acts regulating the constitutional and legal status of executive authorities have been studied.
