The management of Quran memorization (tahfidz) learning for early childhood needs to be well-designed to ensure that the learning process is more higher quality. The objective of this study is to understand the management of tahfidz learning at Markaz Thafidz Al-Firdaus, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. This research employs a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis begins with data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study's findings indicate that: (1) planning involves setting memorization targets, determining learning tools, allocating learning time, and evaluating learning outcomes; (2) organizing involves assigning tasks to each teacher; (3) implementation includes preparation stages, reviewing previously memorized Quranic material, delivering new Quranic material, assessing memorization progress, and evaluating attitudes (4) evaluations carried out at Markaz Tahfidz Al-Firdaus are in the form of daily assessments, weekly assessments through rote deposits, early semester exams, and final semester exams.
