This scientific article discusses the issues of teaching a physics course to natural science students. Since physics is considered the basis of natural sciences, the laws and theories of physics are widely used in biological and chemical processes. Science students were provided with lectures, physics problems, and example exercises with biological and chemical content, incorporating methods different from traditional course materials. This professionally oriented methodology is accessible and interesting to students and increases their motivation. The main goal of this methodology is to teach students to apply basic physical phenomena and laws to various objects; professional activity is a reflection of the development trends in the natural sciences, social order and personal potential of students, and is aimed at matching the deep fundamental and professional training of university students with their personal needs and the needs of society.
