Adolescence is a period of complex and dynamic career exploration. This study aims to describe career maturity at Avisena Jabon High School in Sidoarjo using a descriptive quantitative method. The population consists of 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students, with a sample of 248 students selected through the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected using a career maturity scale and analyzed using the JASP program (Cronbach's alpha = 0.989). The results showed that 43 students (17.34%) were in the low career maturity category, while 205 students (82.66%) were in the moderate category. Male students and those in the science track have higher career maturity compared to female students and those in the social studies track. Seventeen-year-old students also showed higher career maturity. This study suggests that guidance and counseling teachers should implement psychological interventions to improve the career maturity of students with lower levels.
