This research aims to analyse the management of hazardous and toxic waste (B3) in Pasuruan district by using the normative juridical method and statutory approach. Primary legal materials used include Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, Minister of Environment Regulation No 6 of 2021 concerning Procedures and Requirements for Hazardous and Toxic Waste Management, and Pasuruan District Regulation No 8 of 2016. Meanwhile, secondary legal materials consist of journals, books, and literature related to B3 waste management. The results showed that B3 waste management in Pasuruan district is in accordance with applicable regulations, the implementation of local regulations shows compliance with higher laws and regulations, ensuring that B3 waste management is carried out according to established standards to protect the environment.
