Cases of violence against children are increasingly becoming a concern, with children often becoming victims in environments that should protect them. This research analyzes the implementation of the Community-Based Integrated Child Protection Program in Tambak Kalisogo Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency, using qualitative descriptive methods. Data was obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation studies, with informants such as village heads, PATBM heads, and victims' parents. The research results show good synergy between stakeholders with adequate facilities and budget support. A clear bureaucratic structure through SOPs and fragmentation of responsibilities ensures consistency in program implementation. Collaboration between stakeholders is very important for the success of the program, so it requires increased human resources, special facilities, and ongoing coordination between all related parties
