Juridical Analysis of Code of Ethics Violations by the Adhoc Board of Election Organisers at the Sidoarjo Regency General Election Commission in the 2024 Simultaneous Election

General Election in 2024 is currently underway, the Election Organizers, The Adhoc Election Organizers have begun to carry out their duties and obligations The duties of adhoc bodies are quite vulnerable because they are in direct contact with election participants. In carrying out their duties, there are many cases of violations of the code of ethics committed by Adhoc Election, including in the Sidoarjo Regency KPU. This article the author examines the incidents of violations of the code of ethics committed by election organizers. This research to identify factor that have the potential to cause violations of the code of ethics and methods to overcome them. To understand the approach in overcoming violations of the code of ethics by Adhoc Election Organizers in accordance with legal regulations, especially those that occur in Sidoarjo Regency KPU area, these issues arose due to a lack of training on the code of ethics.
