With the rapid development of society, women's social status have been paid more and more attention. In order to understand the impact of maternity leave policy and three-child policy on working women’ s social responsibilities, this paper adopts the SWOT analysis method to study women's working environment from perspectives of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats. After careful consideration and analysis, it is concluded that both policies ultimately cause more harm to women. In order to cultivate a more supportive and inclusive work environment for women, the study offers recommendations such as implementing gender-neutral maternity leave policies encouraging telecommuting, and providing training opportunities for female employees. These measures aim to contribute to gender equality and societal progress.
