This research aims to analyze the obstacles faced by Wonoayu Shrimp Cracker MSMEs using SWOC analysis and minimizing problems using risk management. This research uses qualitative methods. The data analysis technique carried out in this research went through three steps, including reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data (conclusions). The research results reveal that the Shrimp Cracker UMKM is in the WO (weakness opportunity) strategy where this strategy uses existing (external) opportunity factors by reducing the (internal) weaknesses of the company. It is hoped that this research will have a good impact on MSMEs and can excel in the increasingly intense competition in the business world.
