The article is devoted to the analysis of modern problems of implementing the principle of sovereignty in both international and domestic law using the example of sport as a socio-cultural phenomenon. The author explores the modern features of the interaction of national sports with international sports law. Particular attention is paid to the problem of compliance with the principles of international law and international sports law in crisis conditions.
