Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate general recommendations for service departments, aiming to improve the efficiency and quality of services provided in hospital maintenance sectors. Theoretical Framework: This section presents the main concepts and theories that underpin the research. Key theories include quality management, preventive and corrective maintenance, and safety management, providing a solid foundation for understanding the research context. Method: The methodology adopted for this research includes a descriptive and exploratory approach. Relevant documents and standards were analyzed, and interviews with area specialists were conducted.
