In the face of constant changes in the socio-economic environment, territorial communities encounter various challenges and opportunities. Assessment and analysis of their socio-economic potential become key tools for developing development strategies and ensuring sustainable economic growth. The need for systematic analysis of the socio-economic potential of territorial communities arises from the necessity to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for effective development management and resolution of socio-economic issues. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the socio-economic potential of territorial communities to identify factors influencing their development and develop recommendations to enhance management efficiency. The object of the study is the socio-economic potential of territorial communities, and the subject is the methods of assessing and analyzing this potential. Special attention is paid to the development of various economic and social spheres at the community level. The study is based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research, statistical data, and geographical analysis. The study identifies key aspects of assessing and analyzing the socio-economic potential of territorial communities, identifies factors influencing their development, and develops recommendations to enhance management and development efficiency. The research results indicate the necessity of systematic monitoring and analysis of the socio-economic potential of territorial communities. Recommendations for implementing the obtained results include improving assessment methods, involving the public in decision-making processes, and developing change management strategies considering the communities' potential.
