The article examines the concept of «Global Eurasian» in its original theoretical sense and how it is implemented in practice. During the research, it was revealed that it was started by an English globalist scientist during a period when, for 15 years, Russia had successfully refuted the validity of the idea itself, since it was led by the world hegemon the United States and its vassals. Under the principles of market democracy, completely different values were presented, namely the emergence of countries of the center (core), semi-periphery and periphery, with the subsequent transformation of the latter into a resource, raw material and agricultural appendage of the countries of the «golden billion». A separate role in Greater Eurasia was supposed to be given to China as a global factory. Thus, the article defines the role of Russia and China in the fight against world hegemony and the formation of a multipolar world. It is noted that countries have chosen their own paths: Russia — ideological and military-political, and China — financial and economic. The steps taken by Russia to establish global multipolarity and promote its own interests in the international political arena are revealed, such as the speech of Russian President V.V. Putin at the Munich Conference; resolution of the conflict that arose between Georgia, Abkhazia and South Ossetia; speech by V.V. Putin at a meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club in 2014; the beginning of the SVO in Ukraine in 2022, given the impossibility of ensuring Russia’s security in any other way. The steps taken by China along this same path and the successes achieved are also revealed. Namely, the achievement of rapid and sustainable economic growth, an increase in international trade volumes, the entry of 4 financial centers into the top 10 of the world, the strengthening of the yuan as an international currency, and the implementation of the «One Belt — One Road» project. Thus, it is concluded that the meaning of the concept of «Global Eurasian» is changing from globalist exploitation to the regionalization of the world with voluntary, sovereign and mutually beneficial cooperation between countries.
