In this article, the author analyzes how art, religion, and philosophy have influenced the formation of Russia’s spiritual uniqueness. Particular attention is paid to the study of the historical path of Russian art, starting with the baptism of Rus, its influence on national identity and interaction with Western European cultural traditions. The author examines the religious component through the prism of the interaction of the main faiths and their functions in public life, while philosophical thought is represented through the main figures and movements that influenced cultural identity. These principles are analyzed in the context of modern socio-political processes in Russia and their impact on the national cultural scene. The research was conducted using a variety of methods, including historical analysis, cultural-historical approach and comparative method. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that art, since the baptism of Rus, has played a key role in the formation of national identity, reflecting the spiritual values and historical traditions of the country. Interaction with Western European cultural traditions has made it possible to enrich and expand the artistic heritage of Russia. Religion, represented by various denominations, played an important role in public life, shaping the moral and ethical principles of society.
