This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of the application of guided inquiry learning model on the science literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Tanjek Wagir. This study uses quantitative methods with experiments (pre-experimental) using the One-Group Pretest Posttets design. the sample of this study was fourth grade students totaling 16 students. This study obtained the results of pretest and posttest data hypothesis testing using the Paired T-Test which showed sig. 0.000 which means less than < 0.05 so that the hypothesis Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The pretest and posttest N-Gain Test shows the average result obtained is 0,57 which has shown that the magnitude of the effect is 57% in the moderate category. So, there is a significant influence in the application of guided inquiry learning model on the science literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Tanjek Wagir.
