Assurance of Migration Security as a Factor of Strategic Development of Russia: The Political and Legal Aspect

The article analyzes the statutory regulation of migration relations for the development of legal measures to assure migration security. Based on the results of the study, the authors identify bottlenecks in the laws of the Russian Federation in terms of establishment of the liability for illegal migrationrelated offenses, determines some areas of improvement of laws in this sphere.
