All stakeholders must address the global health concern of an increasing frequency of adverse drug reactions (ADRs), regardless of the practice settings. Adverse drug reactions have been found to be a significant cause of morbidity and death across all age groups, hospital admissions, and a significant financial burden on society and healthcare systems. The main objective of this study was to measure patients' awareness and knowledge of reporting adverse drug reactions using a questionnaire and then to help patients become more aware of and sensitive to reporting ADRs.
