This article aims to explore innovative research on tourism management courses in the context of smart tourism. Through an in-depth analysis of the current status and deficiencies of tourism management course offerings, combined with the development trend of smart tourism, this article proposes targeted course innovation strategies. Research results show that integrating smart tourism elements into course design can not only enhance students' practical abilities but also better adapt to the needs of industry development. The research in this article provides a valuable reference for the reform and innovation of tourism management courses.
