This paper aims to explore the application and effectiveness of project-based learning (PBL) in the context of cruise ship professional English instruction. Through a literature review, methodological exposition, teaching practice, and analysis and discussion of research findings, this study reveals that PBL can effectively enhance students' English proficiency, stimulate their interest in learning, and improve the interaction between teachers and students. This research offers new teaching approaches and methodologies for cruise ship professional English, possessing certain promotion and application value.
