This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, facilities and location on customer satisfaction at PT Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa at the Tangerang Regency branch. This research uses a descriptive research type, data collection method used by distributing questionnaires to respondents, the sample in this study is the consumers of PT. Satya Trinadi Komira Perkasa as many as 97 respondents with the sampling technique is insidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 26 program. Based on the partial test results, the service quality variable has a positive effect on satisfaction, partially the facilities variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, partially the location variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In simultaneous testing, service quality, facilities and location simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected
