Geotechnologies make it possible to draw up documents and maps that allow the development of a given region to be analyzed. Micro-watershed areas are a source of wealth, as they are home to the economic activities that promote the development of municipalities, so it is necessary to know the natural resources and promote their sustainability. The aim of this work is to document and map the natural resources and excavated ponds of the Santa Quitéria river micro-watershed and estimate the nutrient input from fish farming. The micro-watershed has relief, soil and hydrology conducive to fish farming in excavated ponds. The estimated contribution of nutrients at the time of harvesting, especially in large ponds, in the order of 277 kg of nitrogen and 41 kg of phosphorus, highlights the importance of planning the harvesting of ponds among fish farmers in the micro-watershed, to avoid the simultaneous harvesting of large ponds and facilitate self-depuration in the Santa Quitéria River.
