Intellectual Property and the European Courts, Conference at the Court of Justice of the European Union, Luxembourg, 5 June 2024

Abstract On 5 June 2024, the German Association for Intellectual Property Law (GRUR) and the University of Luxembourg organised a conference on Intellectual Property and the European Courts at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg. This one-day event featured fruitful discussions on the role of courts in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights. Among the renowned speakers and moderators were judges from European courts, prominent attorneys, representatives of various organisations and associations, and leading academics from across Europe.
