The article highlights the issue of transformation of labor legislation in the context of large-scale digitalization of society, as well as the role of the state and judicial practice in this process. The main problems that employers face when using means of instant information exchange (messengers, crm-systems, etc.) in relations with employees are outlined, as well as ways to overcome them.
