Abstract The improvement of electric vehicle supporting facilities is conducive to the further development of new energy vehicles, thus promoting the consumption of new energy and the low-carbon and green development of the national economy. This paper aims to solve the problem of optimal scheduling of charging and switching of new energy vehicles, reduce the waste of resources and insufficient power supply to residents due to the irrational layout of charging and switching stations, construct a multi-objective optimal scheduling model of switching stations based on the demand prediction model, and use the artificial bee colony algorithm to find the optimal solution. Finally, we verify the practicability of the algorithm through the example and put forward that the ABC scheduling strategy has superiority.
